We are pleased to once again open our property to BoonDocker's on select dates. We took a hideous over the summer after a sting of questionable visitors. Please understand that we are going to be a little more particular on who we allow to stay on our land this go-a-round and be prepared to answer a few questions before your stay is approved. We love this community and know most travelers are good people! Our home boasts a spacious 0.5-acre grass lot, conveniently located just off Rt. 33 at the foot of Massanutten Mountain, home to the renowned Massanutten Resort. Situated a mere 15 minutes from Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park, it's a haven for nature enthusiasts. The non electric grass lot is relatively level, providing ample space for rigs and tow vehicles. The electric lot (50 amp) is in the gravel driveway close to the garage and house. Please note that backing up your unit is a must, as there's no pull-through option. In case of inclement weather, we may request parking on the gravel driveway for safety. Our property features a gazebo with patio table, 58" TV and a welcoming fire pit, perfect for enjoying during your stay.
