Temporarily closed for construction until late summer/fall
situated on the upper most corner of colonial beach on the bluff, we have magnificent views of the water (we are not directly on the water). It is 1 mile into the heart of the town where you will find lots of restaurants, live bands, and beautiful beaches. Bring your bikes or rent a golf cart at the local shops (must call in advance as they sell out quickly) Enjoy the season

I am a person who probably works too hard but loves to have fun too. I am recently certified in mental health first aid, think of it as first responders for a mental health situation. I recently finished the interior of my shed turned pool house - so now I can use some power tools :).

No smoking without proper disposal of buds.
No dogs that are not well socialized and good with other dogs and people.
The neighborhood is a quiet one and ask that our quests be quiet by 10pm - no loud music outside of your RV at all times or my neighbors will complain.
