1/2 mile from the intercection of route 106 and wayside road. This section of Route 106 is the state road between I-64 and State route 10 off Wayside road. This property is in the woods & very private. No services since this is unbuilt land.
Suggested Local Attractions:Williamsburg, Richmond, James river. There are 3 notable 1600s plantations that can be toured within 5 miles like Berkley, Shirley & Westmoreland. Near Shirley there is a nice Upper Shirley winery worth visiting for lunch. Route 5 has a nice paved off road 52 mile bicycle trail that is accesable by bike to the property. Trails runs Richmond to James town and property is in the middle.
