About
1/2 mile from the intercection of route 106 and wayside road. This section of Route 106 is the state road between I-64 and State route 10 off Wayside road. This property is in the woods & very private. No services since this is unbuilt land. Suggested Local Attractions:Williamsburg, Richmond, James river. There are 3 notable 1600s plantations that can be toured within 5 miles like Berkley, Shirley & Westmoreland. Near Shirley there is a nice Upper Shirley winery worth visiting for lunch. Route 5 has a nice paved off road 52 mile bicycle trail that is accesable by bike to the property. Trails runs Richmond to James town and property is in the middle.

Parking on gravel only Fire pit shield to be place on fire pit only after flames have died down to avoid burning holes in it. There is plenty of "loose" fire wood not on piles for you to use. Clean up after your selves and trash can is only for owner. Drive large campers clockwise around circle; suggested. If you leave late be prepared to pull up in the loop road for new arriving guests to pull in & set up. This spot is popular and we get back to back guests. Do not block road to back of property. Letting your dog run is at your own risk.
Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions: Enter only going south (as per directions) on the public road as entrance is designed that way. Good wide gravel road 300 feet on to property. There is a loop road at the end that I can easily turn my 38' 5er around on. Property is vacant 12 acres wooded except road and small clearing. A recommended one way sign is at the loop road for large RV's. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: anywhere on the gravel only. There is a lot of gravel space on the loop to account for large RV's. The gravel is hard enough not to sink even when the non gravel area is wet.
