About
Serendipity Acres is located about 40 miles from Colonial Williamsburg and about 50 miles from Richmond Virginia. We have a 12 x 45 mooch pad with 50 amp, water and sewer hookup. We can accommodate any size motorhome, 5th wheel or trailer.

We are Virginians who transplanted to Florida in 1999. When we retired in 2018 we sold our home in St. Augustine and hit the road. Our home of record is Panama City and we split our time between Florida, Virginia and on the road. We have been RVing since about 1994 when we purchased our first camper, a 32' tow behind.
We travel with our 4 legger, Rocco, our mini Aussie. We frequently travel with two other couples and have traveled throught the eastern provinces of Canada, across the US a couple of times and several Fantasy RV Tours.

House Rules
We are pet friendly and have about 3 acres available for your pet to run and play. Our Rocco is friendly but is sometimes selective of the 4 leggers he chooses to like. Maxiumum length of stay is four days.
Parking & Arrival
Plenty of room for turn around and parking of toad. We have one FHU site and have room for additional rigs, electric and water only.
