We live in a modern log cabin on 10 acres of hilly, mostly wooded land, in a sparsely populated area, surprisingly close to town. We have playground equipment, free range birds, some wildlife, a pond, and a long paved driveway. We are accustomed to having one or two parties camping on our property through various arrangements, doing either tent camping or RVs. Note: we have a site out in a meadow which is not available at this time, you may see comments or pictures referring to it. We have a Cabelas store nearby! We are just several miles outside of the town of haymarket, and a larger town Gainesville is not much further away

Access Road Conditions: The road to our property is mostly gravel road on hilly terrain that is easily accessible to all vehicles, rain or shine. We have several parking spots on our property, some easier to get to than others depending on vehicle size and the wetness of the ground. 1. Side of main driveway - No hookups, not quite level, easy to get to, rain or shine. Turnaround loop that is adequate for medium sized campers 2. Edge of paved parking area, close to house - Hookups, no turnaround, back-in 100' winding paved driveway, short piece up steep hill. 3. No longer available but may show up in pictures and comments - Meadow further from house down winding hilly paved road with turnaround that can only be used when ground is dry. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Depending on exactly where we park you, there may be option to leave towing vehicle attached, or park it in one of a number of locations nearby camper.
