Great views and plenty of sunshine. Short drive to local wineries, U-Picks, boating and fishing on the Columbia, hiking and biking. Great view of the Tri-cities and Badger Mountain without the hassle and traffic of being in the cities. Light pollution is pretty low so clear skies for viewing the stars. Hanford site is only 30 minute drive away.
