Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions: There is plenty of turnaround room at the location but once you start up the road you will need to go all the way to the location before you can turn around.. You should be able to back your vehicle around a corner. The beginning of our road is steep and a little curvy but the curvy, steep part is very short, 400 to 500 feet. The road is narrow but it only serves 15 houses so it is not well traveled. It is paved all the way to the parking spot. Rigs with tow vehicles might want to disconnect at the bottom of 316th Place SE, before they head up the hill. At the top of the steep part of the road there is a hidden road to the right. Be careful at this intersection as the cars coming out of that gravel road do not always look for vehicles coming up the road. We go up and down with our 24 ft RV and our neighbors have a 22 ft trailer and car going up and down. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Can be parked right next to rv

House Rules
No smoking on the property, pets are ok if behaved however we do have bear and coyote in the area so there is some risk to outside pets, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not welcome. Fresh water can be obtained from our well but the connection is up at the house and big rigs would have difficulty turning around at the house location. Access to an RV dump station is in Issaquah at Sammamish State Park or the private Rv park just as you enter Issaquah. You will be camping by some big trees. If its windy, some trees have fallen but nothing in the area of the shop, but it is a possibility. No food should be left outside the rig overnight or for an extended period of time as the bears, deer and coyotes will be attracted. All garbage should be taken with you. No gifts expected, just enjoy the space. Cooking ok with propane barbecue. No cooking on open wood fires. Wood and propane camp fires are only permitted with prior approval.
