Great place for dogs! Fully fenced six acre off-leash play area. One area has trees, two smaller areas with pasture (no horses). Between Seattle and Portland, 8 miles south of Olympia on Highway 99. There is noise from the road and train tracks. I don't think it's bad, but you'll hear noise. Next to a gas station and restaurant/bar with good reviews. Also near a wolf sanctuary (Wolf Haven) and Butterfly Sculpture Park. Groceries, Walmart, Costco and everything else is 20 minutes away.

Animals must be under owner's control at all times. Animals cannot be outside without owner (no free roaming cats). Leashes aren't required for dogs if you can call them to you when they're interested in another dog. I walk the property 3 times a day with my dogs and I don't want them attacked. No generators after 8:00 pm.

I have never had RV's here nor have I ever driven one, so this information is to the best of my understanding. The parking spots are where you can find space on 6 acres. The property is relatively flat so there is plenty of space. Park near the pump house (space for 2 RV's) and I can run a 15 amp extension cord for electricity $5/day. Water and WiFi are free.
