5 acres on a private airstrip. Prefer responsible, gainfully employed or retired people. This a quiet private community. Spots are ideally suited to those looking for a couple of days of relaxation away from the maddening crowds.

Suggested Local Attractions:Mt. St Helens, Mr. Rainier Natl. Park, White Pass, Mt Adams, Gifford Pinchot Nat'l Forest. Cowlitz River, Skanewa Lake and Cowlitz Falls Campground are only about a ten minute walk away.

House Rules
No generators as power is available. Large and small dogs are fine as long as they are cleaned up after. There are resident deer on the property and I would like them not to feel threatened with dogs possibly barking or threatening them. There are hundreds of acres with great walking trails just out of my driveway you are welcome to use for on or off leash purposes.Love children but they must be as well behaved as your pets should be.
