Our glamorous old driveway awaits you. We're on 3 acres in the mountains. It's a quiet neighborhood nearby Mission Ridge Ski Resort and just 15 minutes from town. We have a normal house electrical hookup (15 amp) and garden hose you can use if you'd like (will need your own 50 foot extension to connect). It's great city water, not a well. Welcome to use wifi but the signal will be weak out there. FYI Verizon is only carrier with signal, and it too is pretty weak.
