Jill and Thayer, from Washington State, traveling about in a Rialta RV, looking for adventure! Details: In 2013-14 we spent a year on the road and it was the trip of a lifetime (travel.jillandthayer.net), ...though we plan to do lots more! Some of our best times were when we stayed with Boondockers! I tallied up how many nights over the course of the year that we were hosted and it came to 56 nights! Retired now and keeping to the western USA and Canada. Recent travels include Alaska and Vancouver Is. BC. Home Town: Bothell, Washington, a quiet but growing suburb of Seattle. Located about 15 miles north of the big city. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We've stayed in some interesting places, parking lots of National Park hotels, random neighborhoods in small towns, national and state forests, Walmart.... A very favorite spot was off of the Burr Road in Southern Utah, surrounded by towering cliffs of sandstone and prime redrock desert.
