About
Our town is suburban in location and feel. One of Wisconsin's safest communities, Muskego, is South and West of Milwaukee by 20 minutes on the freeway. We are on the main road through town. 2 grocery stores, and several restaurants (fast food and sit down, with outdoor dining) within one mile, with sidewalks the entire way. In our opinion, very walkable 6 months of the year. Newly paved driveway nearly flat and level, no problem for someone who can back up their rig. 30/50 amp power pedestal available. Place to walk dogs in the neighborhood. Within a hundred yards, a lake access lot allows swimming in Little Muskego Lake no fee required, could have a picnic there too if you'd like. Suggested Local Attractions: Very clean recreational lake, walkable restaurants and wine bars, grocery stores, running and biking trails. Gas stations with diesel and LP refilling.

Ever Grateful for the Opportunity to Travel This Awesome Country (USA) Details: 55, two kids 16&18, almost an empty nester. 1st wife passed away 4 years ago, lucky to find love again, and add a wife and two more kids to the mix, almost same ages as my two. Learned that no one can guarantee tomorrow, or your health. Decided to be grateful for each sunrise, each breath of fresh air and every experience shared with those I love the most. I thrive when I'm active with my family and can; travel, camp, hike, ski, run, bike, paddle board or just enjoy a campfire and a sunset. Love to meet people and share stories learn local tips and sights to see, trade favors or whatever happens. Too much planning kind of kills the joy of the unexpected. Home Town: Muskego, Wisconsin. About 20 miles SW of Milwaukee. Was raised here, went to college and moved back. Have been here nearly all my life, and am finished remodeling and improving the place. Well, maybe one more project this year. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Have dry camped at many state parks. Took a giant swing around the Western US with my kids 6 years ago and fell in love with the landscape out there. Love National Parks! Being from Wisconsin, where everything is green half the year, and white and gray the other half, seeing the different landscapes West of the Mississippi is other worldly. Am hoping to boondock soon and discover many new favorites on my journey. Skills or Expertise to Share: I have been a lifelong learner, followed my curiosity. Started my career in digital analytics at the same time Amazon and Google were just getting started. Parlayed that into a career of digital marketing and customer experience consulting for lots of big companies that are household names. I am a serial remodeler, love designing spaces and making them happen. I am a trained leader in Boy Scouts, so have a fair amount of backcountry skills and certifications, and I have come to appreciate a good knot. As a part of my outdoor adventuring, I love to learn and try every form of camp stove, coffee making contraption, water filtration, hammock or backpacking tent, and firestarting methods. I have quite a collection. As a consequence, my trail name is "Gadget" with the scouts. With my family, I am "Safety Ranger", due to my keen eye at noticing every possible type of risk on the trail. Camping in a travel trailer is an entirely different affair than in the back country, but I love road trips. So here we go ...

Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions: The road is a divided boulevard with a median cut in line with the driveway to turn left out or left in. 35 MPH speed limit, the traffic in this suburban neighborhood is patient with me backing my travel trailer in. Back straight in alongside the power pedestal. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Driveway will accommodate an RV or a travel trailer and tow vehicle up to 50 feet combined without having to unhook. We have a power pedestal with 30/50AMP service. Driveway is big enought to fit tow vehicle alongside also.
