About
Imagine waking up to the gentle grunts of mighty bison as you unzip your RV window to greet the panoramic beauty of open meadows and untamed wilderness. This is the quintessential RV camping experience waiting for you a serene escape where you can connect with nature and witness a diverse ecosystem thriving around you. Amidst the enchanting beauty of rolling hills and rocky outcrops, RV enthusiasts can look forward to a vibrant stay, surrounded by a symphony of wildlife. Here, the peaceful murmur of a creek sets the rhythm of the day as it winds gracefully through rich landscapes bustling with flora and fauna. Mule and Whitetail deer share the terrain with playful squirrels and chipmunks, while the occasional antelope, coyote, and fox add to the tapestry of life that embellishes this pristine habitat. The pastoral charm of this ranch is amplified by a collection of native grasses, whispering with the tales of the prairie. Needle and thread, green needlegrass, and blue grama paint a textured green tableau, while silver sagebrush and Rocky Mountain juniper stand as silent sentinels over this verdant paradise. For RV camping aficionados and nature lovers alike, a visit to this location is a chance for education and engagement to learn the fascinating facts about bison, North America's largest land mammal. The ranch's passionate commitment to preserving the bisons legacy is evident, inviting guests to immerse themselves in a truly authentic wildlife encounter. Botanical enthusiasts can revel in the ranch's rich plant life, where chokecherry trees and bushes, cottonwood, and ponderosa pine thrive alongside an array of native wildflowers. These natural gardens create a haven for various birds of prey and an assortment of songbirds, ensuring that every dawn is greeted with melodious birdsongs. Outdoor activities might range from serene strolls through the lush meadows to spotting an elusive elk, black bear, or bobcat as they traverse their ancestral pathways. Whether you are captivated by the dance of a butterfly or the distant yelp of a coyote, RV camping here promises a connection with wildlife like no other. Reserve your spot in this haven where the stars twinkle above and nature's rhythm lives in every breath of the wind. Keep an eye on open dates next summer, and prepare for an RV camping experience that echoes with the spirit of the wilderness and whispers the ancient secrets of the bison.

Items for Purchase
We offer various cuts of bison meat and JG Bison merchandise for sale. Schedule a ride along in our side by side through the pastures on a tour of wildlife, scenery, and bison, available for up to 4 people for $50. Included in the tour is a sharing of bison and ranching facts, feel free to ask as many questions as you would like. Tour is about 1.5 hours long. Weight restrictions apply, weather dependent. Hiking around the ranch is allowable depending on the time of year, and which pasture the bison are in. This is for guest safety and to ensure a stress free environment for the wildlife and bison. The ranch has very limited cell service in the hills, but cell service is strong on top of the hills, and a few bars in the parking area. We can also offer one site with water and electrical hook up for a fee, based on availability, for $20 a night. Site requires a doable but angled back in approach.
