About
We are in the town of Cody, WY. We are nearest the East Gate of Yellowstone (50 miles or about 1 hour). Private home at the end of a cul-de-sac with a gravel driveway next to our covered RV space. Long enough for a 25 ft motor home (message to check if longer) and wide (10ft) enough. Slideouts must fit in the gravel space and not hang over the neighbors yard. Trailers/5th wheels ok. Reasonably level. Depending on length of your power cord, 30/50 power is available ($10) donation is preferred on the power. Dogs ok but MUST be leashed and picked up after. We do have a fenced backyard as we have dogs. If dog interaction is ok...fenced yard can be used for dogs.

Over 65, married traveling in a Class B manufactured by Grech motor company. We travel with 3 dachshunds and are a responsible pet owner. Our dogs are always on leash unless in a secure fenced area and with permission. We always pick up after them. We are from the Cody Wyoming area and have been rving since 2002. We also used to own a motel/rv park and are well versed in the rv world.

House Rules
MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 8PM! OTHERWISE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED!
If coming thru Yellowstone to us, you must leave the east gate by 4pm or you will not make 8PM.
Slideouts cannot overhang neighbors yard.
No smoking, prefer no children under 10.
Dogs ok but absolutely need to be leashed and picked up after. Dogs are not to be tied out unattended.
Barking dogs will not be tolerated (in vehicle or outside) as is a city ordinance.
No use of backyard unless pre-arranged.
No generators after 8 pm and before 8am.
Time to leave is negotiable in advance but generally no later than 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.
Parking & Arrival
Tow vehicle or power unit to be parked in front of unit. End of cul-de-sac for turn around cannot be blocked.
