This can be a simple time range, such as 3pm-5pm. 24-HR advanced notice is required. Please do not enter the lot without this DAY-PRIOR ETA NOTICE and instructions. Please update us with any changes to your schedule as you get underway! The business is not open every day. Therefore, this PRIOR ETA NOTICE is required to make sure we are open and ready for your arrival. The parking lot is a circular drive. Please NO turning around IN the parking lot. If the gate is closed, please make sure you've contacted Susan prior to entering. AFTER GETTING APPROVAL TO DO SO... To open the gate, remove the rope loop or chain link from the HOOK SIDE of the entrance chain/rope. DO NOT DRIVE OVER THE PLASTIC CHAIN. Move the plastic road blocks to the side(s) so they are not hit. Please keep entrances closed after close of business for added security. HOOKUPS ARE AVAILABLE: 50 AMP ELECTRIC - $35 30 AMP ELECTRIC- $30 **WATER IS EXTRA** WATER FILL - $1/GALLON MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF ARRIVAL. OWNER MUST APPROVE AND BE PRESENT DURING WATER HOOKUP. PARKING OPTIONS: BACK of building - Park in grass or gravel. CHECK THE GRASS AREA TO BE SURE IT IS NOT MUDDY OR YOU WILL GET STUCK. FAR SIDE of building (away from entrance) - Park in gravel. FRONT of building (away from entrance, near free-standing "Chocolatta" sign) - Park in gravel. PETS are WELCOME OUTSIDE, including the fenced patio area.
