About
Uranium City Winery and Treasures is a full production craft winery with a tasting room and gift shop right on both historic Route 66 and the Santa Fe Railroad in Grants NM. In the 1950s uranium was discovered in the nearby mountains and the boom began and lasted through 1985. Grants was known as the Uranium Capital of the world and played a key role in the history of nuclear energy. Amenities: WIFI, Karaoke (Friday nights), live music (some weekends), dinner(menu provided in photos section). Nearby Sites of Interest: The Uranium Mining Museum, Cibola County Historical Museum, El Morro National Monument, and Ice Caves, Mt. Taylor & Zuni Mountains, Continental Divide Trails, Sand Bluffs, Sky City Museum and Mesa Tour.

We have a partnership with our friends at POTCO, which is owned by Bobbie Littlebear. This business is located across Route 66 from the winery and has two driveway entries, one on High Street and one on Silver Street. To get directions to POTCO, you can use their address at 117 Silver Street. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the winery at 505-658-1250. We welcome the use of generators.
