Harvest Hosts January 2024 Recap: Tampa RV Supershow, RV Technology Summit, and the Quartzsite RV Show
January 2024 was a busy month here at Harvest Hosts. We traveled far and wide to meet the Harvest Hosts community! We set up booths at the Tampa RV Supershow and the Quartzsite Sports, Vacation, and RV Show to spread the word about Harvest Hosts, meet all of our active Members, and help current and potential Members learn how to use Harvest Hosts.
Tampa RV Supershow
We had a blast at Tampa RV Show and it turned out to be another incredible year! Coming to Tampa would not have been possible without Cummins who was kind enough to let us share their booth. We got to meet a ton of Members, and we got the chance to host a few fireside chats with VanFest, RV Lifestyle, The Campoholics, and more!
We loved the opportunity to talk to our Members in Tampa. We handed out exclusive Harvest Hosts tote bags to the 500 lucky Harvest Hosts Members who stopped by our booth. We pass out special SWAG to Members at every RV show– so if you happen to be in the area during our next RV show appearance, be sure to stop by our booths for our free gift.

RV Technology Summit
At the Tampa RV Supershow, we joined forces with RV Life, Outdoorsy, and Roamly to create the first-ever RV Technology Summit. The RV Technology Summit gave RV industry experts the chance to come together, network, discuss ideas, and reflect on the future opportunities available for the RV industry to implement cutting-edge technology to help grow sales, improve operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
About 85 guests attended the RV Tech Summit, including employees from Thor Industries, Jayco, Blue Compass, Lazydays, Fleetwood, and Ecoflow– and it went off without a hitch!
Quartzsite Sports, Vacation, and RV Show
Less than a week later, we went to another event! We went to Quartzsite for the first time ever this year! We spent our week at Quartzsite talking to RVers from all over the country. During our time at Quartzsite, we led a few seminars and hosted fireside chats at our booth where we welcomed Battleborn Batteries, Julie and Marc Bennett from RV Love, and others to speak in our tent and share their stories.
We spoke to Members, prospective Members, and RVers who’ve never heard of Harvest Hosts before and got to hear from the RVing community their opinions about everything we do at Harvest Hosts– which was incredibly valuable and insightful to inform how we grow Harvest Hosts in the future.
2024 RV Shows and Events
The next two events we'll be attending this year are the Music City Motorhome Expo from June 4th to 7th, 2024, and the Hershey RV Show from September 11th to 15th, 2024.
