Welcome to the Desert Sanctuary at Rincon Peak. A 120 acre private property w tenting, full hookup, dry RVing/tenting and guest cottages sleeping 2 to 6 people. Lots of amenities including outdoor showers and restrooms, BBQs, Olympic pool, Hot tub and games room. Property is rich in history as the site of the Sri Ashrama Commune co-founded by Timothy Leary in the 1960s. As we are a full-service RV Resort and do not have anything to sell, we do operate a little differently. You are allowed ONE night of dry-camping (without hookups) and we charge an amenities fee of $10 per person over 12 years old. Guests wishing to stay additional nights dry or hookup are given a 10% discount. We do offer a 10% discount for spots that include hookups: Full hookup $50 plus 12.5% tax less discount = $50.62 Water/electric $35 plus 12.5% tax less discount count = $35.43 Dry (after 1st night) $25 plus 12.5% tax less discount. = $25.31 All are 2 person pricing.
