About
Embark on a journey to the heart of Iron River, Wisconsin, where the art of mead-making comes to life and RV camping enthusiasts can revel in the fruits of the land. This intimate winery stands as a beacon of local craftsmanship, offering a unique addition to the classic RV camping trip, by pairing the adventurous spirit of the open road with the refined flavors of award-winning artisan meads, ciders, and spirits. As you settle in with your RV, know that you're parking on a patch of land dedicated to celebrating the region's agricultural bounty. Although you won't find sprawling vineyards here, you are at the epicenter of a love affair between local small farms, radiant orchards, and the sweet whispers of honey all converging into bottles of liquid gold that have been perfected over 25 years. The host location, snug between Ashland and Superior, offers a warm community welcome in a setting that embraces RV camping. Take note, however, that this exclusive experience is tailored for the cozier setups, fitting rigs up to a total length of 30 feet. This ensures each guest can imbibe in the bucolic serenity without compromise. With your taste buds ready for indulgence, you will uncover the secrets of mead-making from passionate artisans. Between sips of the finest creations, you can mingle with fellow RV enthusiasts and locals, sharing stories under the vast Wisconsin sky. This winery is more than just a pit-stop; it's a destination imbued with the essence of Iron River friendly faces, award-winning flavors, and the open embrace of nature. It's here that RV camping elevates into an experience that tantalizes the senses and nurtures the soul.

Items for Purchase
Visit and experience the taste of the northwoods! We collaborate and purchase fruit and honey from local and regional small family farms. Using the fruits of our region creates meads that embody the flavor of the north. White Winter has a lovely gift shop and tasting room as well as an enclosed porch for sampling. Dogs are welcome out front and on the porch. We'd love to have you stop and visit!
