About
As the sun dips below the Wyoming horizon, imagine parking your RV under the vast, starlit sky on a sprawling 450,000-acre estate where history and nature intertwine. Here, less than two miles from the junction of Owl Creek and Hamilton Dome Roads, a vibrant red barn signals your arrival at a historic sanctuary, where a welcoming Harvest Hosts banner adorns the fence by your gateway to adventure. This location isnt just a waypoint; its a journey through time. RV camping here means resting on lands that cradle the very essence of American ranching heritage, with structures like a 1918 barn, a granary, a charming old schoolhouse, and an opulent mansion standing as monuments to a bygone era. A working ranch and a testament to Wyoming's enduring legacy, it offers a unique backdrop for your RV experience. Set up camp and soak in the breathtaking panoramic views that envelope you. With majestic horses dotting the landscape, your stay promises a rustic charm that city life cannot replicate. Venture close to discover ancient petroglyphs etched in time or unwind in the nearby hot springsan immersion in both tranquility and history. For those who relish the outdoors and cherish America's agricultural roots, RV camping at this historic locale is an opportunity to revel in the expansive beauty of Wyomings wilds. Whether you need provisions from the C-Store or just want to breathe in the fresh country air, this site promises an encounter with the West that is as authentic as it is unforgettable. Parking & Arrival
Locate our gate at 2100 Hamilton Dome Road. The big red barn will still be visible from our gate. Open the gate, drive in, and close the gate. Drive into the tree lined lane and back to the 1918 Mansion house. Park anywhere off of the road. Contact Barrie at (307) 921-2330 with any questions and concerns. He's usually at the house when visitors arrive. Sometimes cell coverage doesn't work, but it usually does. This is rural Wyoming. This is the Great American West.
