The mountains are calling and I must go—a popular saying on t-shirts—is the motto for many RV owners who can’t get enough of the breathtaking mountains across the United States. If you’ve heard the call, let it take you to Eastern Pennsylvania. There, you’ll find Endless Mountains Vineyards, overlooking the Susquehanna River, one of the world’s oldest rivers.

In a recent survey, Jennifer Windt, the vineyard’s owner, shared her thoughts on simplicity, making connections, and sharing her knowledge of East Coast wines—all things she and her team enjoy as Hosts.

Endless Mountain Vineyards includes 16 acres of what Jennifer calls a “beautiful restorative space.” A stay here for our Members offers a chance to recharge surrounded by rolling hills and lush green trees, Members can even participate in a yoga class taught by Jennifer, who is not only a vineyard owner but a professional yoga instructor.

A Member said this about a recent stay, “It's easy to see why they call it "The Endless Mountains" from the view. It was beautiful, and I slept so well!

We asked what Jennifer and her team enjoy the most about being part of the Harvest Hosts network. For Jennifer, the simplicity of hosting makes it easy for Members to “experience the growing Pennsylvania wine industry.” Pennsylvania ranks 4th in the U.S. for grape production. The state produces over 2 million gallons of wine yearly. Endless Mountains Vineyards is waiting to share everything they know about wines produced in this unique part of the country.

There’s nothing complicated about becoming a Host. If you’re ready, join Harvest Hosts here. We make it easy to get set up and support our Hosts and Members with an easy-to-use app that makes it simple to request and accept stays!

For the team at Endless Mountains Vineyards, making connections is another perk of being Hosts. They love the chance to share their passion and their land!

Joining Harvest Hosts often means extra revenue for Hosts. For Jennifer’s team, “being part of the Harvest Hosts community has increased their visibility to a new audience, providing opportunities to share [their] knowledge of East Coast wines.”

Harvest Hosts encourages Members to support Hosts during their stay. At Endless Mountains Vineyards, Members can shop for fresh fruit and vegetables at the Farmers Market. Stop by the gift shop for a hand-crafted candle or t-shirt. Don’t forget to ask about a vineyard tour and wine tasting. Afterward, pick up a few bottles of wine—one to enjoy during your stay and a few to take home. In season, Members can even pick their own grapes!

Last month, Member, Chris H. shared this about their stay, “Jen and Pat were gracious hosts and we were offered a sumptuous and unique menu to choose from for our dinner. The meal and accompanying wines were a delight and the highlight of the stay.”

It’s all part of the “unique and authentic experience,” Jennifer offers to Harvest Hosts Members!

Hosting allows Jennifer to share her passion not only for exclusive estate-bottled wines but also for animal advocacy. Jennifer says, “Being an advocate for rescue dogs, specifically “pit-bull” types, allows me to educate the public on my favorite breed and why we say, “adopt, don’t shop.” Members may get to meet the four dogs that call the vineyard home: Olivia-10 American Staffy, North-4, American Staffy, Kenny-2 American Staffy, and Sophia-14 (fluff ball). Ducks and chickens also live on the property.

In Jennifer’s words, “Don't walk. Run to Harvest Hosts!”
