Refund Policy
At Harvest Hosts, Boondockers Welcome, and Escapees, we want members to feel confident in their purchase. If your membership isn't the right fit, we offer refund options under the conditions outlined below.
New Membership Purchases
- New Harvest Hosts and Boondockers Welcome memberships are eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase if the account has two (2) or fewer completed stays.
- Escapees-only memberships are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund window are not eligible for a refund.
Membership Renewals
- Harvest Hosts and Boondockers Welcome membership renewals are eligible for a refund within 30 days of renewal, provided no stays have been completed since the renewal date.
- Escapees-only membership renewals are eligible for a refund within 30 days of renewal.
Additional Terms
- Refund eligibility is limited to one refund per account. Members who receive a refund and later rejoin will not be eligible for additional refunds.
- Members who receive a refund will forfeit any legacy or grandfathered pricing. Any future membership purchase will be charged at the rates available at the time of reactivation.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested directly through Apple.
- Members removed from the program for violations of our Terms & Conditions or community standards are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency and amount charged (USD). Currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in differences between the refunded amount and the amount received by your financial institution.
- Harvest Hosts reserves the right to deny refund requests where account activity, misuse, abuse of the refund policy, or other circumstances indicate the refund request is inconsistent with the intent of this policy.
Escapees Events
Registration fees and ticket purchases for Escapees events are subject to the specific cancellation and refund policy associated with each event. These policies are disclosed during event registration and at checkout.
