About
Uncover the timeless charm of rural Florida with an unforgettable RV camping excursion at a historical village that transcends time. Tucked away under the watchful embrace of majestic, moss-draped oaks in western Volusia County, this fascinating destination offers a glimpse into the life of bygone days, from the late 19th to the early 20th centuries. Revel in the tranquility and beauty that only a historical setting can provide, perfect for those who delight in traveling with their home-on-wheels. Appreciate the freedom of exploring at your own pace with self-guided tours, or gather your travel companions for an immersive experience with a guided group tour (available with reservations for parties of five or more). RV enthusiasts eager for a touch of cultural enrichment will discover a host of living history events and toe-tapping folk music festivals, adding to the vibrant atmosphere that thrives here throughout the year. Stand where history has left its footprint, and feel the connection to the pioneers who shaped the land, as you explore an expansive property that narratively illustrates the rustic lifestyle of Florida's past. For a stay that merges the love for RV camping with a thirst for culture and history, make sure to plan ahead by visiting the official website to request your enchanting journey into the past. PIease note that while the historical village is a serene backdrop for your RV stay, the usual amenities such as hookups may not be provided, ensuring a truly authentic pioneer experience.
