Our private RV site was created by our father, a lifelong builder, heavy equipmemt operator, and avid RV traveler. When he could no longer travel the country in his RV, he brought a little of that RV lifestyle home by creating full-hookup sites on his commercial property. Today, our family is honored to share one of these sites with fellow travelers in his memory. This is a small, private RV setting—not a traditional campground or RV park. The property is also home to several established commercial tenants, including professional offices and a small retail business. While these businesses operate onsite, they are quiet and respectful with limited traffic in and out; we ask the same of any campsite guests. The RV site is tucked toward the back of the property, providing guests with their own peaceful space. Located just a short drive from the coast and approximately 10 minutes from the beautiful coastal towns of Camden and Rockland, the property makes a convenient home base for exploring Midcoast Maine. Cost to stay onsite includes water and electric and is $50 per night, up to a maximum of 14 nights with permission. *No smoking on property * Refuse from dogs must be bagged and removed from property *There is not a business onsite that we request you purchase from; instead please pay $50 per night as a fee to maintain the site.
