To access from the highway, you must transition down a save but declining rock paved road for about 50 yards as the property sits in a valley of the National Forest. Cellular service requires internet access, using Wi-Fi calling, which is available via the internet access I can provide or your Starlink. Starlink access works well. Very important to not enter adjacent neighbors garden & fruit tree area.
