At our farm, we aim to offer you a safe and relaxing haven on your travels. We are an organic mini-farm located just outside Staunton, Virginia, in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Staunton is a charming, historically-preserved town with interesting shops, restaurants, pubs and other attractions such as The Heifetz Festival and the Staunton Music Festival in the summertime and Queen City Mischief & Magic which draws attendees from all over the country each September. Nearby are myriad farms, wineries, breweries, civil war sites and Wades Mill - the oldest working mill in Virginia, just to name a few. You are within close proximity to the George Washington Forest, Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway. And if you are a birder, this area (especially the farm) is one of the best places to view and listen to native birds. There is very little traffic here, save for the farm equipment that occasionally passes slowly down the road to a local farm. If you fancy a quiet walk in the country, just down the way you can see a variety of horses, sheep, donkeys and cattle grazing in the rolling countryside, or a nice sit outside to watch the sunset. Deer, bunnies and squirrels as well as a variety of birds are daily visitors and you just may here the owls hooting in the woods behind the farm.
