Hi! Our minimum stay is 1 month after your first free night. We offer monthly stays with full hookups on our retired dairy farm for $785/month. We have multiple pet friendly spaces on our private 40 acre property, (the size of 30 combined football fields), that spans the Arlington/Marysville border about 5 minutes from Smokey Point. Sites are spaced out across the property with some being more secluded than others and most will accommodate a 45’ RV + 2 vehicles with extra parking available. Enjoy direct access to Strawberry Fields Athletic Complex and dog park from our property: 6100 152nd St NE, Marysville, WA 98271 We protect the peace and quiet of the property so if your dog is a barker or you have an excessively loud vehicle, this probably isn't a good fit. Hookups included: 50/30/20 amp Water, sewer, garbage Metered electric High speed Gigabit (1000 mbps) Internet is available at select sites. RV's must be newer and in excellent condition. First month's rent and refundable $300 deposit required to move in as well as passed background check. *****You can see the property right after our fast mobile friendly questionnaire is done. I used to meet with people without knowing if they were at all qualified and turns out it was a big waste of time for both of us in many cases. I’ll also do video calls for people out of the area so you can see everything. Please message me or request a stay and I'll send you our questionnaire. If you feel any question is too personal to answer before seeing the space, feel free to skip it for now. Thanks for looking and let me know if you have any questions, I’m happy to help :)
