I-40 Exit 109. 20 miles south on Anvil Rock Rd. Only the first 6 miles are paved, the rest is dirt. 36 acres in the middle of nowhere. I have a spot set up with a fire pit but there are plenty of other spots to boondock. I am on solar but may be able to supply 15amp power if the batteries have a good charge. Not advised if rain is forecast. The dirt road can be really muddy. Verizon works in the area. I am told that AT&T is not very good. Now that I have Starlink, WiFi is available for you to use. Great area for star gazing. Since I am at 5500 Ft. elevation, winter temps can go below freezing at night. Summer temps hardly ever get above 90 and at night almost always cools down into the 50's. Suggest coming in during daylight and staying more than one night as it takes 35-45 mins once you exit I-40. Any other question, please ask. Suggested Local Attractions: The small town of Seligman which includes Route 66 is 32 miles away. This is the closest town. Kingman is about 80 miles away. Williams is about 75 miles away. Grand Canyon is about 140 mile away. Flagstaff is about 110 miles away. Prescott is about 110 miles away.

Access Road Conditions: 20 miles south of I-40 Exit 109, Anvil Rock Rd. 14 miles of dirt road. A few rough spots after turning off Anvil Rock road but any size rig can make it, no tight turns, no overhead trees. Not recommended if the roads are muddy. Can only be accessed from Anvil Rock Rd off of I-40. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: yes plenty of space. All dirt.
