This is a family home, with RV Parking on my driveway at the far east edge of the property. There is NO PULLTHROUGH, so you will need to either BACK IN OR BACK OUT at a 90 degree angle off the main road. NO hookups, NO dumping, NO fires. AirBNB Guests and other ranch staff may be on the property at the same time, so please respect each other's privacy. QUIET hours 7pm-8am (please ask about generator use during quiet hours). There are NO STREETLIGHTS on the property, or on Renegade Trail. IMPORTANT!!!! To reserve, TEXT the following (I do not answer unknown numbers): 1) Harvest Host Number 2) Total length of RV + all tow/towed vehicles 3) Number of adults/children 4) Pets (PREAPPROVAL AND WAIVER REQUIRED!) 5) Expected arrival time (preferred after 2pm, MUST BE AT LEAST 30 MIN PRIOR TO SUNSET). We harvest the fleece once a year and process it for sale through all stages from freshly-shorn "raw" fleece to cleaned roving, hand-spun, and mill-spun yarns, and finished products like hats, gloves, scarves and socks.
