Our property is located in the laid-back Foothills area on the south-eastern edge of Yuma, AZ. We are steps away from the desert for hiking, ATV’ing and other desert activities, including The Howling At The Moon concert venue.

After several careers spanning aviation, technology, and hospitality, we've retired into our new adventure of full-time RV living, which will allow us to see more of our beautiful country and get together with friends we make on the way.

Well, we left Fryeburg, Maine a few years ago, so I guess now it's wherever we park the coach...

House Rules
No generators at all please. No ‘on board’ generators, no contractor generators, no quiet little Honda generators, no generators. There is a 50/30 amp service available if your batteries will not suffice. Hookups are all positioned the same as at any campground.
Pets on leash when outside of your camper. NO aggressive breeds.
Please plan on arriving before dark.
Parking & Arrival
Parking surface is level. You will back in directly from the gate. Your towing/towed vehicle will park in front of, or alongside, you inside the gate. Please plan on arriving before dark.
