Nearby baseball spring training, Museums, Downtown events, Mesa Riverview & Tempe Marketplace for shopping & fine dining. Light rail to downtown Phoenix.
Gated courtyard and dog/children park on site. two RV dumps. Two free loaner bicycles. Walk 350 feet to mini WalMart. cold swimming pool. free firewood for fire pit. Trash & recycle. Small workshop with tools supplied.
