Please note that slide outs cannot be used. Our home is in a large retirement community called Sun City Festival (like a 5 star resort). Many amenities are available. A very nice dog park is in the community only a half mile away. A private courtyard is available most days, or our back patio is available as well. We are located 10 miles west of the city of Surprise, off the Sun Valley Parkway. Very quiet, with no freeways close by and no train or airplane noise. Suggested Local Attractions: Winter baseball training camps, hiking, dining, etc. Our community has an incredible swimming pool, golfing, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, etc. A gorgeous location.
