We’re in a quiet residential neighbourhood approximately 15 minutes North of the downtown core, a couple blocks from the river. There are good amenities 2 blocks away within walking distance, and the multi-use cycling/walking path goes right past our house. There are also many trails, lakes and amenities to explore while in town or passing through. The area has been know for its recreation, including many little lakes that are perfect for fishing. The front yard is spacious and has a grassy area that’s perfect for setting up a couple chairs and enjoying the sunsets in the evening.
