We produce more varieties (hand crafted) than most wineries: - White and red wines - Dessert wines (Sauternes French style): No sugar added - Hard Cider (French style) - Port and Sherry wines. The city of Fillmore hosts a unique bakery, Roan Mills. Many of their Heirloom grains are grown locally, and are milled "on sight" with antique style machinery visible to the public. Using only grain, water and salt, no yeast or preservatives, these are the healthiest breads and goodies we have ever experienced. Open only two days per week, 7am to 4pm, we are confident you'll find something to please your pallet (and perhaps pair with your wine!). Next door to the winery, directly across the tracks, is the Fillmore Western Railway, which hosts excursion adventures, Wine, Beer and Blues events, Murder Mysteries and Zombie Hunts to name a few.
