About
Embark on a unique RV camping adventure surrounded by the lush tranquility of grapevines and the charm of an estate vineyard. Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of a countryside retreat that offers not just a stay, but an experience. With two dedicated RV pads equipped with electrical hookups for a modest fee, this location is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Ideal for those who travel with their home on wheels, these pads are thoughtfully designed to accommodate both luxury and comfort, requiring a 50 to 30 amp converter for 30 amp rigs due to the exclusive availability of a 50 amp plug. As the day wanes, why not explore the unique wonders of a small stone cave tasting room? Or perhaps, idle the hours by a picturesque pond, a haven of peace until sundown, and discover secluded picnic patios scattered amidst the vines. Although direct water access at the RV pads provides irrigation water, it is important to note that it is not suitable for drinking, ensuring guests plan accordingly. For those preferring to harmonize with nature, additional space for boondocking allows the freedom to enjoy this idyllic setting, with the stipulation that any generators used maintain the tranquility of the vineyard ambiance. Not just a haven for the wine enthusiast, but a retreat for RV campers seeking a slice of vineyard life, this estate ensures a memorable stay with certain restrictions to preserve the harmony and privacy of the community. With the winery area reserved for workers and the vineyard manager's family residing on-site, guests are invited to enjoy the vast beauty of the estate while respecting the private spaces of its inhabitants. Animal companions and young adventurers are welcome, provided they are accompanied by guardians, ensuring a family-friendly environment amidst nature's bounty. However, it is important to note that the facilities do not include potable water or dumping services, encouraging guests to come prepared. The petite lawn adjacent to the vineyard-edge RV pads beckons for lazy afternoons spent in leisure, an inviting stones throw from the tasting room, open from Thursday to Sunday, noon to five, offering a glimpse into the heart of vineyard life. In this unique oasis, where the simplicity of RV camping meets the sophistication of vineyard living, every detail is curated to ensure a stay that is both memorable and respectful of the estate's serene setting and its inhabitants. Whether its the allure of the vine or the call of the open road that brings you here, this estate vineyard promises an RV camping experience like no other.

House Rules
Check in at cave tasting room after you park or before if you have parking questions. DO NOT PARK ON LAWN. Water that is located at the pads is irrigation water and is NOT potable. Generally Keep to your pad and lawn space after dark. You may walk in the front vineyards until dark. We DO NOT offer dumping. There are stubs that are located on the pads but they are NOT for dumping. The pond area is available only until sundown. The small lawn next to pads which are located right at the edge of the vineyard is your space to set out camp chairs. You may use your own bbq after hours and small Contained fire pits but only on the gravel. NOT ON THE LAWNS. The Tasting Room is open Thursday through Sunday from noon to five. These pads were built to accommodate a Prevost Bus owned by the owners as well as one guest. They are located side by side. The main house is occupied by the owners 80-year-old mother who allows privacy but who is generally home. We ask that guest not disturb GiGi by wandering on her personal lawn which is beyond the apple tree by the pond. The vineyard manager also lives onsite with his family. Their privacy is asked to be respected. The winery area is off limits for guests for insurance reasons as well, (unless permission is granted by an employee who has contacted Teena and only when she is onsite. During Crush or when the owners are occasionally on vacation there may be a short delay on response time. Likewise, very occasionally a text goes into a spam folder and it is missed for a day or two. I generally respond promptly, but sometimes it is out of our control.
Parking & Arrival
When you arrive on the property travel approximately 900 feet up the driveway. You will see a main Spanish style home in front of you with a large green lawn in front. And the driveway splits to a Y around that lawn. Turn left at the Y and then another left shortly after, just before the second smaller garage building. You will see two level-gravel parking spots on your left. The first is Pad 1 and the second is pad 2. Park according to your reservation.
