This unique & unusual location has a style all its own. Only a 20-minute drive from Hwy 101, the 40 acre property is nestled up on the mountains above Nipomo/Santa Maria and hidden to the outside world.
Peaceful, earthen and quiet except for the deer, raccoon, owls, turkey, etc., that make their home on this mountainside. A place to truly relax, shut off and enjoy nature.
