Hello Fellow Traveler, PLEASE NOTE: MY URBAN DRIVEWAY MEASUREMENTS ARE 17 FEET WIDE AND 18 FEET IN LENGTH. THE DRIVEWAY IS NOT FLAT. SEE THE PHOTO BEFORE REQUESTING A STAY, THANK YOU;) I am located between Gilroy and Monterey, a few minutes west of Highway 101. Travel time to Monterey/Carmel is about 15 minutes. Santa Cruz is about 35 minutes (depending on traffic). Access to highways 101, 156, and 1 is pretty easy from my location. Several grocery stores, pharmacies, a brewery, restaurants, and an auto supply store are nearby in case you need to get provisions. I live in an urban working-class neighborhood in Seaside. Seaside is located between Santa Cruz and Monterey on the California coast. Morning fog is not uncommon, but that keeps our temperatures pretty mild. You are welcome to boondock in my driveway. PLEASE NOTE: MY DRIVEWAY MEASUREMENTS ARE 17 FEET WIDE AND 18 FEET IN LENGTH. THE DRIVEWAY IS NOT FLAT. SEE THE PHOTO BEFORE REQUESTING A STAY, THANK YOU;) No generators after 8 pm or before 8 am, be respectful of neighbors and quiet down at 10 pm. Owners may come and go early in the morning but please will be quiet and respectful. I love my neighbors;) The driveway site is suitable for vans or smaller Class B rigs (less than 20 feet) and you will need to back in or back out. I am not sure if there is room on either side for slide-outs. Electricity and water can be made available if requested for a $15 donation. There is a small seating area in the front yard for you.
