Guests have access to semi private parking pad. Parking is on the side of the house with a solid gate enclosing the RV. Space is 25ft by 15ft. Slide outs are OK if fits within the pad. Electric and water hookups available only if needed. Quiet neighborhood in a nice area of town. Gas Stations, Banks (Chase, Wellsfargo, etc), Grocery stores (Aldi, Sprouts, Costco, Walmart), Starbucks, tons of shopping (Sierra Vista Mall) and restaurants are near by. It does get hot in summer months June to August. Please check weather and plan accordingly. If you request a stay date and I approve it, feel free to show up, park and rest. Access Road Conditions: Tight pad not suitable for trailers due to slope on the entry way. Access through a steep concrete entryway. Works best for Truck Campers and Class B & B+ vans (max length 25 ft) with decent clearance. RV parking on the side of the house is enclosed by a black gate. There is a significant angle and slope to back into spot due to the stop sign shown in the picture.
