Approach the property from Hovley Rd. from the east only. If your GPS routes you to Fredricks Rd. you will travel on unsafe narrow canal service roads. The correct road to the property is a 20’ wide 1/2 mile long dirt road. Once you have entered the property and see the water tower, you will turn right (west). You may park your rig at the far west of the property past the barn near (but not on) the grassy area. The entire gravel area on the west side of the property is open for parking any place your wish. Or if you prefer a concrete pad, there is concrete near the warehouse.
