Growing a food forest, and doing an art project telling life stories through walking trails. (still in the beginning stages.) As far as the place, it is a peaceful space with 360 degree views. On one side, the classic Rockie mountains, another the grand masa, and the last is the black Gunnison Canyon. There is a large field to park with a few locations. Internet people can get on.

There are several different spots. One is out in the field and is in the grass, depends if weather is dry otherwise the road is no good. The other spot is just off some gravel in the grass and is accessible year round. (More centrally located in the property.
