We have 10 acres that backs to a large butte.
Approximately 3.5 miles of dirt road to access property.
Large gravel parking pad, with views of the butte and pastures.
This is a nice quiet location to unwind.
The wind does blow here!
Super easy access to I-25 north to Castle Rock or Denver, or south to Monument and Colorado Springs
