Level yard with fire pit, views and peace and quiet.
Lots of wildlife including several dogs (they're very friendly)
Hiking across the street, general store with great food only a few miles away. No hookups.

You will have to drive in on the grass and the pull in is a bit tight. I've had big vehicles back there but if you're towing something, smaller is easier...
