We are a non-profit private membership association of a land trust on rural 10 acres in Putnam County; 45 Min from St Augustine, 45 from Jacksonville suburbs, 15 minutes to Keystone, 30 min to Palatka, an hour to Ocala or Gainesville. The private acreage features carved trails through extensive old Florida trees with plenty of welcoming animals; deer, opossums, squirrels, armadillo, turkey, multiple birds, geckos, no alligators but some occasional bear and coyote. This is 'The Lakes' region so plan on kayaking, some fishing or plain ol' enjoying a walk around the nearby lake after enjoying the full loop of walking the perimeter trails of the property. Interstate Bike trails are nearby. A variety of springs, state and national parks are but a short drive away. Keep the Vibe high for longterm stays in rural, ‘old Florida!’ MORE: Each of the 11 spaces and two additional community areas are disbursed, private carved away from each other amongst the trees providing additional quiet, privacy and enjoyment. Some spaces are carved near each other to accommodate friends and families seeking to be near one another. We seek to keep the peace and quiet but enjoy getting together in the two common areas on the property, associating freely. Individual Passcoded gate and fencing make this a safe spot on top of local gun ranges with a private shooting facility developing on the edge of the property bordering two other properties that also have their own privately owned ranges. Freedom loving folks are welcomed though please know we generally stay out of politics. :-)

Your membership includes an overnight stay at a Host. Extra nights are available at the Host's discretion.

We are open to additional nights to months providing we all have a few nights to 'get to know each other' trial periods.

Park in one of the existing 9 spots down the hill from the gate. All spots are big enough to accommodate one truck with a tow-behind. Be SURE you have 4WD or can deal with limerock to dirt roads and mulch in the RV Trailer spots with some hay.

We offer fresh, Entek mineral treated, soft well water and separate septic & trash dump facilities with some Starlink Wifi offered near the front of the property. (More coming soon with the network built out.) Each space is over 10 ft, large and small. NONE are near one another. We are not a 'stack and pack' as one of the big RV trailer parks developing another 500 swampy concrete spaces. Security cameras are around the entrances and exits with a few trail cams around the trails.
