Built in 1922, this quaint cottage, lovingly named by my mother’s family, offers a comfortable and convenient space for RV guests on a concrete pad where the garage once stood. Our location is ideal for exploring the area: Watson Bayou is just steps away, with two boat slips nearby. Discover historic downtown Panama City less than 2 miles away, visit Tyndall AFB 9 miles away, or soak up the sun on iconic beaches only 12 miles away. You’ll find ample private parking here, suitable for multiple vehicles or a boat, and access to a shared laundry room off the back porch. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a lovely covered front porch overlooking the historic Millville Cemetery. The concrete pad at the back of the driveway is ready for your RV setup, so you can create your outdoor space just the way you like. Mornings are perfect on the shared deck, where you can enjoy your coffee or tea under the shade of a stunning oak tree. We’re excited to share our favorite spots and experiences with you, including the local farmer’s market, scenic hiking trails, the beautiful coastline, art galleries, and delicious local dining.
