Sonny South Farm is a 30 acre horse farm nestled in the foothills of north Georgia's mountains. We are ~10 miles northeast of Athens and the University of Georgia, and we are ~15 miles southeast of I-85 at Commerce. Sonny South offers beautiful views of animals and farmland. It's common to see deer, coyotes, turkeys, opossums, raccoons, and birds of prey on the farm. There is even a buffalo herd in a neighbor's pasture. It's tranquil and quiet out here. Access is by gravel road. Campsites are grass. In periods of high rain, the pasture turn arounds may require four-wheel drive.
