About
Located in southeastern Iowa County on a paved county road. A single, private, graveled campsite atop a hill of young-ish sycamores, oaks, maples and evergreens. Overlooks a beautiful and picturesque 2 acre pond, complete with mowed walking trails through wildflowers, a picnic table, and Barney the bullfrog!! Rustically landscaped to accentuate the farm country atmosphere. Sixteen miles from Kalona and the Amish community, 25 miles from Iowa City and 20 miles from I-80 exit #216.
This site is a true boondocking sight. We do not offer electricity as it is not feasible to get electricity to the site.
