Our taproom is a space for people to connect through craft beer to our rural culture. The Kansas Bostwick Irrigation District is one of the largest surface water (not pumped from an underground aquifer) irrigation districts in the state with 42,500 acres. We highlight the impact of this resource on the region, located near beautiful Lovewell Lake and the waters of the Republican River. We take pride in our agrarian ingenuity with a brewhouse made from retrofitted dairy tanks, irrigation pipe bar lighting, and a semi-trailer turned cold room. We also feature other Kansas wines, ciders, as well as non-alcoholic Morning Light Kombucha on tap and in cans. Guests are welcome to bring in food from other local businesses. We offer grab-and-go snacks like our in-house charcuterie boxes and hummus bowls along with a selection of chips and pretzels.

We offer eight beers made at Irrigation Ales on tap along with house-made cocktails and rootbeer on draft. Our to-go cooler is stocked with most of our beers in 16 oz cans. We also sell Kansas wine, cider, and kombucha. We offer small snacks for food ranging from charcuterie, hummus, chips, pretzels, and more. Guests are welcome to bring in food from other restaurants to the brewery. Often we host food trucks, check our upcoming events on Facebook or our website for that information.
