We just purchased this 1909 home and are remodeling it but there are over 2 acres and lots of trees. It's in the city but feels like it's in the country! Suggested Local Attractions: Madisonville has it's own baseball team! If you're as big a fan as I am (Cathy) I'd love to catch a game with you. There are farmer's markets and cute shops - typical small town Americana - but be sure to take your photo in The Mad Blue Chair downtown! We're about an hour and a half north of Nashville, TN and an hour south of Evansville, IN. and not too far from the Land Between the Lakes. We just bought this 1909 property so we're doing lots of fixing up and remodeling - just ask to see and we'll do our best! We have a Live Steam G Scale train track for any of you who run live steam engines! For those that don't run, I'll let you in on a secret ( It doesn't take much to convince Ed to run one of his for you!). I've started to learn how to garden, this year was my first attempt, I've learned a lot and would love to hear any advice you have.
