The view speaks for itself and will not disappoint!!! We have apple trees on the property, we keep bees, we keep the field rough cut (15 acres), and keep a walking path around the perimeter nicely mowed—direct trail access to IT 83 for ATVs, SxS, and snowmobiles. Snowshoeing is popular up here and we are less than 30 mins to Big Rock Mountain for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Amazing views to the east of New Brunswick with just a short 10-minute drive to the border crossing. Views of Big Rock Mountain in Mars Hill right from the property. We are just 1 hour north of Mt. Katahdin and 45 mins south of Aroostook state park. We are in Southern Aroostook County which is the northernmost county in Maine with the most northernmost town of Madawaska on the East Coast. Seasonal things to do: Exploring, snowshoeing, and hiking, we offer guided ATV, SxS, and Snowmobile excursions for a fee, with the option of prepared meals while on site. We offer beginner bee-keeping classes and fishing trips. All upon request in advance, all for an additional fee (aside from general use of the property) and all-weather / season permitting. Seasonal- Apple and pumpkin picking on site as well as a roadside vegetable shack in the summer. We offer cooked to order home made sough dough artisan pizza available by request.
