I am a retired civil servant who was involved in driver and vehicle licencing. I was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police member for 6 years and am a member of the "D" RCMP Veterans Association. I also have held a Private Pilots Licence. I am a NLS certified Life Guard (Oldest guard in Canada).
